React Developer

Job Summary (React Developer Minneapolis, MN) Develop and maintain complex React-based applications for the MyAds platform. Collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Work on features supporting campaign management, bidding, reporting, spend tracking, billing, and seller-facing interfaces within the Best Buy Ads ecosystem. Ensure code is accessible, maintainable, and adheres to modern front-end standards. Utilize Redux for state management and ensure high performance of applications. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the platform. Act as a key contributor, working both independently and as part of a small, agile team. Communicate effectively and participate in code reviews and team meetings. Apply strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and accessibility standards to deliver high-quality products.
