Job Description – Senior React Developer - Contentful CMSPosition: Senior React/Next.js Developer Experience: 8–10 Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior React/Next.js Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Contentful CMS. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade digital solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS and Next.js.Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components.Integrate and manage content-driven web applications using Contentful CMS.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into responsive and pixel-perfect user interfaces.Work closely with backend and API teams to integrate RESTful and GraphQL services.Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, SEO, and performance.Implement best practices for code quality, testing, security, and maintainability.Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical leadership for frontend initiatives.Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application reliability.Required Skills8–10 years of software development experience with a strong focus on frontend technologies.Extensive hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.Strong proficiency in Next.js for SSR, SSG, and performance optimization.Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.Hands-on experience integrating and managing content through Contentful CMS.Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and API integrations.Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar.Familiarity with Git-based source control and CI/CD practices.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with Headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Sanity, Strapi, or AEM.Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.Understanding of web security and performance optimization techniques.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise digital transformation projects.Collaborative and innovation-driven work environment.Exposure to cutting-edge frontend technologies and modern architecture patterns.Career growth opportunities with ownership of critical engineering initiatives.
