The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend architecture. The candidate will collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to build high-quality user experiences and deliver enterprise-grade applications.Additional Information*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $110k/year & benefits (see below).The Role
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.Build reusable and maintainable UI components following industry best practices.Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, pixel-perfect code.Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.Implement state management solutions using Redux, Context API, or Zustand.Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.Develop cross-browser and cross-device compatible applications.Participate in architecture discussions and frontend solution design.Write clean, testable, and well-documented code.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues in development and production environments.Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams throughout the software development lifecycle.Implement frontend security and accessibility standards.Continuously improve development processes and coding standards.
Required Skills
