React Full Stack Developer

Job Title: React Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Bangalore | Experience: 8 to 12 Years | Type: Full-timeBudget: 35 to 38 LPAAbout the RoleTrue Blue HR Consultants is looking for a talented and highly experienced React Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing both front-end and back-end features for our web applications, owning solutions end-to-end. You will work closely with designers, product managers and other engineers to bring our vision to life, while also mentoring junior engineers and driving technical best practices.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop and maintain reusable React components and scalable back-end services/APIsArchitect full-stack solutions, from database design to front-end implementationWrite clean, maintainable and efficient code across the stackLead and participate in code reviews, providing feedback and technical guidance to other engineersStay up-to-date on the latest React, Node.js and full-stack trends and technologiesDebug and troubleshoot issues across the front-end and back-endCollaborate with designers and product managers to ensure a seamless user experienceDesign and integrate RESTful/ GraphQL APIs and third-party servicesOwn database design, optimization and data modelling.Write unit, integration and end-to-end testsContribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processesMentor junior and mid-level engineers and help shape engineering best practicesQualifications:8 to 12 years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on experience as a React developer and full stack engineerStrong understanding of React concepts, including JSX, virtual DOM, hooks and state managementExperience with Redux or other state management librariesProficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScriptStrong back-end experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS or similar frameworks)Experience designing and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIsHands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)Experience with build tools like Webpack or ParcelExperience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha or CypressExperience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker)Solid understanding of system design and software architecture principlesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsProven ability to work independently, lead initiatives and mentor a teamExperience implementing both front-end and back-end API integrations across various data sourcesBonus Points:Experience with TypeScript across the full stackExperience with GraphQLExperience with server-side rendering (Next.js or similar)Experience with mobile development (React Native)Experience with microservices architecturePrior experience working in healthcare, AI/ML or data analytics domainsAt True Blue HR consultants, we are redefining healthcare through AI, machine learning and advanced analytics.
