We are looking for a React Native Developer who can own the development and delivery of reliable Android and iOS applications.You will work with our Founding team to turn product requirements into mobile experiences. This role covers implementation, testing, performance optimization, app-store releases and ongoing production support.Key ResponsibilitiesMobile development and architecture: Build and maintain Android and iOS apps using React Native and TypeScript. Create reusable components, modular navigation and clear state-management patterns so the codebase remains easy to test and extend.UI implementation: Convert Figma designs into accurate, responsive screens. Deliver consistent layouts, accessible interactions, gestures and animations across device sizes, working closely with the design team.Backend and AI integration: Connect the app to REST APIs and AI-powered services. Handle authentication, token refresh, pagination, asynchronous requests and clear loading, progress and error states for longer operations.Device features and app lifecycle: Implement image capture and uploads, camera and gallery permissions, push notifications and deep links. Handle background and foreground transitions and differences between Android and iOS.Performance and reliability: Improve startup time, list rendering, animations, image loading and memory usage. Implement appropriate caching, retries and offline behavior, and investigate crashes or slow screens using profiling tools.Testing and quality: Write unit, component and end-to-end tests for critical user journeys. Work with QA to test on real devices, investigate regressions and resolve issues before release.Secure mobile development: Use secure storage for sensitive credentials, request appropriate device permissions and avoid exposing user data in logs or caches. Coordinate with backend engineers on secure API access.App releases and production support: Manage signed builds, versioning, certificates, TestFlight and Android testing tracks. Handle Apple App Store and Google Play submissions, monitor production issues and deliver fixes and updates.Team delivery: Break features into tasks, estimate effort, participate in code reviews and maintain useful technical documentation. Work with product, design, backend and QA colleagues to meet agreed delivery milestones.Required Skills and Experience3–5 years of professional mobile app development experience, including hands-on React Native development and ownership of production releases.Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, with React hooks, component lifecycle, asynchronous programming and reusable component design.Practical knowledge of navigation, state management and data caching, using tools such as React Navigation, Redux Toolkit, Zustand or equivalents.Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication, third-party SDKs and device features, with reliable network and error handling.Working knowledge of Android Studio, Xcode and native build tooling, including debugging dependency, signing and platform-specific issues.Hands-on experience with automated testing, performance profiling and debugging on physical Android and iOS devices.Comfort with Git, pull requests, code reviews and release workflows. Ability to explain your contribution to apps shipped to users.Ability to work independently on assigned features and collaborate on app architecture, delivery priorities and technical decisions.Willingness to work full-time onsite in Gurugram.
