Hiring react native developers with big 4 firm.Experience - 6+ yearsLocation - Pune/BangaloreRole Overview We are seeking a hands-on Lead Engineer to provide technical leadership across React Native mobile applications, Java-based backend services, APIs, and integrations. The role will translate solution architecture into high-quality implementation, guide engineers, resolve complex technical issues, and support predictable delivery of payment requests, bill splitting, contact-based payments, and open banking journeys. Key Responsibilities ∙Lead the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient mobile and backend solutions. ∙Translate solution architecture into detailed technical designs, implementation patterns, and engineering work plans. ∙Provide hands-on leadership across Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, integrations, and React Native mobile channels. ∙Drive coding standards, code reviews, testability, engineering quality, technical debt reduction, and reusable patterns. ∙Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, UX, React Native engineers, API engineers, testers, and DevOps teams. ∙Own technical estimation, dependency identification, implementation risks, release readiness, and delivery-level technical decisions. ∙Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across mobile, API, integration, and backend layers. ∙Ensure implementation meets security, performance, scalability, resilience, observability, and operational requirements. ∙Mentor engineers, conduct design and code reviews, and uplift engineering capability within the delivery pod. ∙Contribute to Agile ceremonies, CI/CD adoption, automated testing, production support, and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience ∙6-12 years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership of enterprise delivery teams. ∙Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, object-oriented design, and distributed systems. ∙Experience designing and integrating secure REST APIs, third-party services, and event-driven or asynchronous workflows. ∙Good understanding of React Native architecture, Android/iOS integration, mobile lifecycle, authentication, deep linking, push notifications, and secure storage. ∙Strong system-design capability covering scalability, availability, resilience, performance, caching, observability, and failure handling. ∙Experience with Git, CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, automated quality gates, and release governance. ∙Proven experience leading code reviews, resolving complex technical issues, mentoring engineers, and influencing delivery decisions. ∙Experience managing technical estimates, dependencies, risks, and implementation outcomes in Agile delivery environments. ∙Banking and financial services domain experience in one or more areas such as Payments, Open Banking, Wealth and Asset Management, Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, or Capital Markets. Desirable Experience ∙Payment request, bill splitting, digital wallets, transaction processing, consent management, or third-party bank integration. ∙Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus Docker, Kubernetes, API gateways, and event streaming. ∙OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, mTLS, API security, and regulated financial-services delivery. ∙Experience working with large financial institutions, consulting teams, or distributed engineering organizations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
