React Native Lead

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of mobile developers.Define and maintain scalable, maintainable mobile application architecture.Develop reusable components and ensure high-quality, clean, and efficient code.Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders.Review code, conduct technical discussions, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability.Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and third-party services.Ensure proper testing, deployment, and maintenance of mobile applications.Stay updated with the latest React Native and mobile development trends and technologies.Requirements6+ years of experience in software/mobile application development.6+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.Strong experience with React Native, React.js, Redux/Redux Toolkit, and state management.Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party API integrations.Experience with Git and modern development workflows.Good understanding of iOS and Android development concepts.Experience with mobile app performance optimization and debugging.Experience with unit/integration testing and mobile application testing practices.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment is preferred.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Previous experience leading or mentoring developers is required.
