Developer!Responsabilities:Technical Leadership & MentoringServe as the technical reference point for the frontend team.Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.Identify knowledge gaps within the team and promote continuous technical growth.Foster engineering excellence by encouraging best practices and continuous learning.Technical Problem SolvingIndependently resolve complex technical challenges and unblock development teams.Investigate root causes, prototype solutions, and escalate strategically when appropriate.Provide technical guidance on high-complexity implementation decisions.Standards & Engineering ExcellenceDefine, maintain, and continuously improve frontend coding standards and best practices.Ensure technical documentation remains accurate and up to date.Promote consistency across the codebase through governance and technical leadership.Code Quality & ComplianceEnsure compliance with established coding standards across the development team.Implement and maintain automated quality controls, including linting, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.Champion a quality-first engineering culture through leadership by example.Continuous ImprovementProactively identify opportunities for refactoring, performance optimization, and technical debt reduction.Drive engineering initiatives beyond assigned tasks to improve maintainability and scalability.Contribute to the evolution of frontend architecture and development processes.Feature DevelopmentDesign and develop complex, business-critical frontend features.Act as the go-to engineer for high-risk or technically challenging components.Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Requirements:Technical SkillsFrontend Development5+ years of professional experience developing applications with React.Advanced expertise in React Hooks, Context API, component architecture, and performance optimization.Strong proficiency in TypeScript, including advanced typing, generics, and scalable type design.State Management & Data FetchingExperience with modern state management solutions such as Zustand, Context API, or similar.Strong knowledge of TanStack Query (React Query) for asynchronous state management, caching, and data synchronization.RoutingSolid experience with React Router, including nested routing, lazy loading, route guards, and advanced navigation patterns.Design SystemsExperience consuming, contributing to, or building Design Systems.Strong understanding of reusable component libraries, design tokens, theming, and documentation tools such as Storybook.API IntegrationStrong understanding of REST APIs, including:HTTP methods;status codes;authentication mechanisms;error handling;API design principles.TestingExperience writing unit and integration tests using Vitest and Testing Library.Commitment to maintaining high test coverage and code quality.Build Tools & PerformanceExperience with Vite and Rsbuild.Understanding of modern frontend tooling, bundle optimization, web performance, and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and frontend performance optimization techniques.AccessibilityUnderstanding of WCAG accessibility standards and best practices for accessible web applications.Version ControlStrong experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, and branching strategies.Preferred QualificationsHands-on experience with Microfrontend architectures (Module Federation, single-spa, or similar).Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR), hydration, and React frameworks such as Next.js or Remix.Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments involving multiple engineering teams contributing to shared applications.Contributions to open-source React or frontend projects.Previous experience in technical mentoring, engineering leadership, or
