Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer with 6+ years of expertise in building enterprise-grade web applications using React.js, Next.js, and GraphQL.

In this role, you will lead the architecture, development, and delivery of high-performance user interfaces, optimizing frontend performance and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable digital products.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Technical LeadershipFrontend Architecture: Design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications using React.js and Next.js (App Router / Pages Router).GraphQL Integration: Architect efficient data-fetching layers with GraphQL (Apollo Client / Relay / urql), implementing effective caching, schema management, and query optimization.Performance Optimization: Drive Core Web Vitals optimizations, SSR/SSG/ISR rendering strategies, bundle size reduction, and lazy loading to ensure sub-second response times.Code Standards: Lead code reviews, champion clean-code practices, maintain test coverage (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright), and enforce strong TypeScript types.Hands-on Engineering & DeliveryState & Data Management: Implement clean client- and server-state solutions using tools such as Zustand, Redux Toolkit, React Query, or Apollo Cache.UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible (WCAG compliant) component libraries using Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or modern design systems.Mentorship: Guide and mentor mid-level developers, conduct architectural sessions, and establish frontend best practices across engineering teams.Must-Have QualificationsExperience: 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on modern frontend/full-stack web development.React.js & Next.js: 4+ years of hands-on experience using React.js and Next.js in production applications (including Server Components, Server Actions, SSR, ISR, and API routes).GraphQL Expertise: Deep working knowledge of GraphQL schemas, queries, mutations, subscriptions, normalized caching, and schema stitching / federation.TypeScript & Modern JS: Strong mastery of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), async patterns, and DOM manipulation.State & Data Pipelines: Proficiency in API integrations (GraphQL & RESTful APIs), error handling, and state management frameworks.Location & Work Setup: Based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru, with comfort working in a Hybrid environment.
