The company manages a wide range of property-related services, including property transfer, delayed sale, off-plan (Oqood) registration, and title deed modification. It also handles mortgage registration and release, lease-to-own and financial lease registration, Ejari registration and cancellation, as well as company registration and notary services for property transactions. RAALC Real Estate Registration Agent operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and is part of the RAALC Group, offering professional support to individuals and businesses navigating Dubai’s real estate processes.Role Description The Real Estate Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing documentation and administrative processes related to property transfers, mortgage registrations, Ejari, and other real estate registration services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with DLD and internal policies. The Real Estate Administrator will coordinate with customers, real estate agents, legal representatives, and internal teams, schedule and track appointments, and maintain up-to-date records in relevant systems. Daily tasks include answering inquiries in person, by phone, and email, preparing and reviewing forms and contracts, supporting the registration workflow, and providing clear guidance to clients throughout their transactions. The role also includes contributing to continuous improvement of office procedures and supporting colleagues during peak periods.QualificationsCandidates should possess knowledge of Property Management and Lettings to understand real estate processes, documentation, and registration requirements.Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, including document handling, data entry, scheduling, and record management.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.Familiarity with real estate regulations and procedures in Dubai, especially DLD-related processes.Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and comfort working with digital registration platforms and databases.Minimum 2 years experience as a Real Estate Admin.
