MAS Advisory & Valuation offers a professional environment where analytical talent and attention to detail are highly valued and developed.Role Description The Real Estate Advisory Analyst will support the evaluation of real estate assets and portfolios through financial modeling, market research, and valuation analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting due diligence on properties and markets, preparing appraisal reports, and assisting in investment advisory engagements. The analyst will collaborate with senior team members to gather and interpret data, prepare client presentations, and contribute to strategic recommendations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, requiring close coordination with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality advisory outputs.Qualifications Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling.Experience or training in due diligence processes for real estate or related investments.Foundational knowledge in finance and investments, ideally with exposure to real estate finance.Understanding of real estate appraisal concepts, valuation methodologies, and market analysis.Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, business, or a related field.Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) for reports and client deliverables.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
