The firm offers a professional environment focused on analytical rigor, client service, and continuous development.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consulting intern role based in Riyadh. The intern will support consulting and valuation assignments by assisting with market research, data collection, and analysis of real estate trends. Daily tasks include preparing property summaries, helping draft client presentations and reports, and organizing documentation related to advisory and valuation projects. The intern will collaborate with senior consultants to review real property information, conduct site visits when required, and support client communications. The role offers hands-on experience in real estate advisory work and exposure to professional consulting methodologies.Qualifications Foundational knowledge and interest in Real Estate and Real Property.Skills or academic exposure related to Real Estate Development and market analysis.Ability to support Sales-related activities and basic client engagement in a consulting context.Strong Customer Service orientation with clear, professional communication skills.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools; ability to work with data and prepare structured reports.Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
