The company continues to grow as a trusted partner in one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategies to maximize rental occupancy and revenue for the holiday homes departmentMaintain a thorough understanding of local market conditions, competitors, and industry trends to inform pricing strategies and property selectionEstablish and maintain relationships with property owners, including negotiating rental agreements and ensuring compliance with all legal requirementsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective advertising and promotional campaigns, utilizing a variety of channels such as online listings, social media, and direct mailCoordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance to ensure properties are in excellent condition and meet guests' expectationsDevelop and implement customer service standards and procedures to ensure high guest satisfaction and repeat bookingsManage the booking and reservation system, handling inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints that ariseMonitor financial performance of the department, including revenue, expenses, and budget, and provide regular reports to senior managementStay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations related to the holiday homes industry and ensure compliance at all timesRequirementsQualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in business administration real estateProven experience in a similar role within the holiday homes or vacation rental industry at least 5 yearsStrong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations pertaining to holiday homes and short-term rentalsExcellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with property owners and guestsProficiency in property management software and systemsAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering resultsProactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindsetAvailability to work weekends and evenings as required.
