Real Estate Investment Analyst

Real Estate Investment AnalystTammwil is looking for a Real Estate Investment Analyst to support the assessment, underwriting and presentation of real estate financing and investment opportunities across the UAE and GCC.The role will provide exposure to development finance, income-producing assets, hospitality, residential and commercial projects, refinancing and structured real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse real estate projects, developments and operating assets
• Build and review financial models, cash flows and investment returns
• Assess development costs, sales assumptions, rental income and financing requirements
• Review valuations, feasibility studies, market reports and supporting documents
• Conduct market, location and comparable-transaction research
• Prepare investment summaries, teasers and financing presentations
• Support due diligence and lender or investor information requests
• Maintain project data, transaction records and internal reportingWe are looking for someone with:
• Experience in real estate investment, valuation, development, advisory, banking or transaction analysis
• Strong Excel, financial-modelling and analytical skills
• An understanding of UAE real estate markets
• Clear written communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and commercial judgement
