About WiltonWilton Property Partners builds and runs leased property portfolios for private clients, mostly investment bankers, lawyers and other senior professionals. We don't buy property. We lease it, set it up and operate it, across serviced accommodation, temporary accommodation and social housing. We currently manage 264 homes across the UK.The role A remote, part-time internship for students who want front-office experience. You'll choose the area that fits your goals:Investment Analysis: cashflow models, comparables and market research for new propertiesClient Coverage: researching and speaking with finance professionals at leading banksInvestor Relations: preparing investor materials and supporting the firm's growth-capital workMarketing and Content: LinkedIn posts, carousels, webinar material and case studiesVideo and Social Media: short-form video and YouTube contentDigital and Web: website content, SEO and blog writingData and CRM: tracking outreach and pipeline performance, and building reportsStrategy and Operations: competitor analysis, process design and client onboardingLegal and Compliance Research: researching lease terms, regulation and housing policyWhichever area you choose, you'll have weekly sessions with a partner and finish with a pitch to the leadership team.
