In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maximizing asset value, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Develop and execute strategic business plans for a portfolio of [Number] properties, focusing on financial performance, leasing, and capital improvements.Financial Acumen: Prepare, manage, and analyze annual operating budgets, financial reports, and variance analyses. Achieve or exceed NOI and property value targets.Leasing & Marketing: Oversee the leasing strategy in collaboration with brokerage teams. Negotiate new leases, renewals, and amendments. Implement effective marketing plans to maintain high occupancy rates.Tenant & Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and ownership. Proactively address tenant needs, resolve issues, and foster long-term, positive relationships.Vendor & Facility Management: Manage contracts and relationships with vendors, contractors, and property management staff. Ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.Due Diligence & Acquisitions: Support the acquisition and disposition process by conducting financial and physical due diligence.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.5+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate management.Strong financial literacy with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis (Yardi, MRI, or similar software proficiency is a plus).Demonstrated success in leasing, negotiation, and tenant relations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
