Real Estate Market Researcher

Rayman Consulting is hiring for one of our clients, a leading business consultancy firm specializing primarily in the real estate sector, based in New Cairo (Tagamoa).We are seeking an experienced Market Research Manager to lead market intelligence initiatives, deliver strategic insights, and support clients with data-driven recommendations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in market research within the real estate industry and a proven track record of managing research projects from planning through execution and reporting.Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage market research projects across residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use real estate sectors.• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.• Conduct market assessments, feasibility studies, demand and supply analyses, and competitive benchmarking.• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, industry developments, and investment opportunities.• Develop strategic insights and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.• Prepare comprehensive market research reports, presentations, and client deliverables.• Manage data collection, validation, analysis, and interpretation to ensure accuracy and reliability.• Present findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.• Collaborate with consulting, marketing, and financial teams on integrated client projects.• Monitor economic indicators, regulatory changes, and real estate market dynamics.• Lead, mentor, and develop junior research team members.• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Urban Planning, or a related field.• 7+ years of experience in Market Research, with significant exposure to the real estate sector.• Previous experience in a consultancy, advisory, or real estate research environment is highly preferred.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and market research tools.• Experience conducting feasibility studies and market assessments.• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Location: Trivium Square, New Cairo (Tagamoa)Employment Type: Full-timereem@raymanconsulting.com
