REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS MANAGER / HEAD OF OPERATIONS

About The RoleSignature Homes Real Estate LLC is looking for an experienced Real Estate Operations Manager / Head of Operations to take ownership of the company's day-to-day operations and build a disciplined, efficient and scalable operational structure.The successful candidate will oversee Admin, CRM, Listings, Property Management (PMC), Sales Support and Transaction Coordination, while ensuring strong accountability, compliance and reporting across departments.Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily real estate operations across Admin, CRM, Listings, PMC and Sales Support.Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, checklists, KPIs and escalation procedures.Monitor team performance, deadlines and operational accountability.Ensure compliance with DLD, RERA and Trakheesi requirements.Oversee sales and leasing transaction documentation, coordination and handovers.Manage Property Finder, Bayut and other property portal operations.Ensure CRM accuracy, proper lead allocation and follow-up compliance.Oversee PMC operations including renewals, vacancies, rent collection, maintenance and landlord/tenant coordination.Identify recurring operational issues and implement corrective and preventive solutions.Prepare weekly and monthly management reports and KPI dashboards.Coordinate with Finance regarding collections, payments and commissions.Manage, coach and evaluate operations team members.Escalate significant compliance, legal, financial or operational risks to Management.Candidate RequirementsMinimum 3 years of hands-on Dubai real estate experience is required.5+ years of total professional experience is preferred.Previous experience in Real Estate Operations, Brokerage Operations, Property Management, Transaction Management or a similar leadership role.Strong knowledge of Dubai property sales and leasing procedures.Practical knowledge of DLD, RERA, Trakheesi and Forms A, B & F.Hands-on experience with Property Finder, Bayut and real estate CRM systems.Experience developing SOPs, KPIs, dashboards and operational trackers.Strong team-management and cross-department coordination skills.Excellent problem-solving, organizational and execution skills.Strong written and spoken English.High level of ownership, integrity, accountability and attention to detail.Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in the following will be highly preferred:Established Dubai real estate brokerage operationsProperty Management / PMCProperty Finder and Bayut performance managementCRM implementation and improvementTeam restructuring and business growthCompensationCompetitive Dubai market package + KPI-linked performance incentives.Final package will depend on experience and demonstrated capability.ImportantWe are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on Dubai real estate operational experience.
