Key Responsibilities

Utilize the latest DSLR cameras and master gimbal technology to capture high-quality photos and videos that accentuate property features.Develop engaging visual content that aligns with marketing strategies, highlighting property assets and appealing to target audiences.Work closely with real estate agents to understand their vision and ensure visual content complements marketing strategies effectively.Plan and execute photo and video shoots efficiently, managing time effectively while adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a high level of professionalism.Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies in real estate photography and videography.Ensure all photography equipment is well-maintained and in optimal working condition.Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate photography and videography, showcasing a portfolio of previous work in the field.

Qualifications
