A listing lives or dies on its photos, and the agents who hire us know it. That's the work: you show up at a property, you make it look like the best version of itself, and the listing moves.We've built this role to be worth having. It's W2 with guaranteed hours, so the slow months don't leave you scrambling, and your drive time between shoots is paid. You'll shoot on top of the line equipment, all of it provided. You'll be at multiple properties a day with your gear, so you need a valid driver's license and dependable transportation. We pay your drive time and provide you a gas cardGood communication. You're the face of Optiko on every shoot, and clients should feel like they're in good handsPunctuality and time management. Multiple shoots a day means the schedule has to holdOrganization.
