Real Estate Photographer / Videographer

About the JobCrystal Avenue Real Estate is looking for a talented and creative Photographer / Videographer to join our in-house marketing team in Dubai.This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling who can produce premium photo and video content for property listings, social media, advertising campaigns, and company branding.You will work closely with our real estate agents and marketing team to showcase properties at their best and create engaging visual content that strengthens the Crystal Avenue brand across digital platforms.Who Should Apply?

• Experienced photographers and videographers, preferably with a background in real estate, architecture, interiors, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle content.
• Creative professionals with a strong understanding of social media content, particularly Instagram Reels and short-form video.
• Candidates who are comfortable working independently on property shoots throughout Dubai.Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of professional photography and videography experience.
• Real estate, architectural, or interior photography experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, camera settings, exposure, and visual storytelling.
• Experience shooting both photography and video using professional mirrorless or DSLR cameras.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Ability to produce high-quality vertical and horizontal content for property portals, websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok-style content, and current social media video formats.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple shoots and editing deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.Key Responsibilities
• Photograph residential and commercial properties for listings, marketing campaigns, and company portfolios.
• Produce professional property walkthrough videos, cinematic property tours, reels, and short-form social media content.
• Capture high-quality interior, exterior, architectural, lifestyle, and detail shots.
• Ensure properties are presented professionally through proper framing, lighting, composition, and styling.
• Edit and retouch property photographs while maintaining a natural and realistic appearance.
• Edit videos with professional pacing, transitions, music, color grading, and branding.
• Create vertical video content optimized for Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social media platforms.
• Produce horizontal content for websites, YouTube, property portals, presentations, and advertisements.
• Work closely with real estate agents to plan shoots and understand each property's key selling points.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for property campaigns and agent branding.
• Capture agent introductions, property presentations, interviews, community videos, and promotional content.
• Organize, manage, and archive all photo and video assets efficiently.
• Ensure content is delivered within agreed timelines and follows Crystal Avenue's branding and quality standards.
