We're hiring a Real Estate Process Analyst for a major Real Estate transformation programme Lead current-state process review across leasing, asset/portfolio, and facilities operationsMap As-Is/To-Be processes using BPMN and identify gaps and improvement opportunitiesRun stakeholder workshops with business and technology teams across the organisationContribute findings to the future-state operating model and Wave One mobilisation scopeWhat we're looking for:5–8 years as a Process Analyst / Business Process Analyst, with a mandatory Real Estate industry background (property developer, property management company, REIT, facilities/property services, or PropTech)Broad Real Estate exposure — not limited to a single specialism like Leasing or FM aloneStrong process mapping and BPMN skillsConfident, workshop-facing communicator — comfortable presenting to and challenging senior stakeholdersSAP RE / SAP RE-FX is required
