The associate will handle client consultations, property viewings, and follow-ups to support buyers, sellers, and renters throughout real estate transactions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and presenting property listings, negotiating offers, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to complete deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, staying updated on local market trends and regulations, and providing consistent, high-quality customer service. The associate will collaborate with colleagues, participate in sales meetings, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.Qualifications Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate laws and practices.Understanding of Real Property concepts and local market dynamics.Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.Strong communication and interpersonal skills in spoken and written English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks effectively.Comfort with using CRM systems, property listing platforms, and basic office software.Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred; a results-oriented mindset and willingness to learn are essential.
