Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Summary- We are looking for an experienced and driven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market, a strong network of clients and agents, and a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.We are specifically looking for a sales leader with an existing network and the ability to bring and build a team.Key Responsibilities-Build, recruit, and manage a high-performing real estate sales team.Bring and develop your own team of experienced real estate consultants.Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate team members to maximize their performance.Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide regular guidance.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market, including new launches, off-plan projects, secondary market opportunities, and market trends.Lead negotiations and support the team in closing high-value transactions.Requirements-3–5+ years of proven experience in Dubai real estate sales.Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Previous experience in a Real Estate Sales Manager / Team Leader role is preferred.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Ability and willingness to bring and build your own sales team.Excellent communication, negotiation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.What We Offer-AED 8,000-10,000 Fixed Salary+ 50% Commission+ Team OverrideUAE Employment VisaMedical InsuranceOther benefits in accordance with UAE Labour LawOpportunity to build and lead your own teamApply now and join our growing team in Dubai.
