We’re Hiring: Real Estate Sales Trainer | DubaiWe are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Trainer to join our team in Dubai.This role is for someone who understands the Dubai real estate market inside out and knows how to turn that knowledge into practical, engaging sales training.What we’re looking for:• Strong experience in the Dubai real estate market, ideally within a brokerage or developer• Proven experience in sales training, coaching or sales management• Excellent native-level English communication and presentation skills• Strong understanding of the complete Dubai property sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, objection handling, follow-ups and closing• Good knowledge of Dubai communities, developers, off-plan and secondary market sales• Ability to train both new and experienced agents• Confident, energetic and comfortable delivering classroom and practical sales training• Ability to assess agent performance and identify areas for improvementThe RoleYou will be responsible for developing and delivering practical training programmes that improve the knowledge, confidence and performance of our sales team.This will include onboarding new agents, sales techniques, call training, objection handling, role-playing, market and project knowledge, and ongoing coaching for existing agents.We are looking for someone who has actually worked within the Dubai real estate industry and understands what it takes to succeed in this market.📍 Dubai, UAE🏢 Full-time, on-siteIf you have strong Dubai real estate experience and a genuine passion for developing high-performing sales teams, we would like to hear from you.Salary of up to AED 15,000Apply directly through LinkedIn.
