Property Consultant — Off-Plan Sales Augusta Properties | Dubai, United Arab EmiratesAugusta Properties is a Dubai-based real estate brokerage established in 2022, specialising in the sale of off-plan residential property. The firm holds direct registrations with developers across the emirate.We are seeking an experienced Property Consultant to join the off-plan sales team on a self-employed, commission-only basis. The position is suited to an established consultant with an existing client base who is able to operate independently.Role SummaryThe Property Consultant is responsible for originating and closing off-plan sales, advising clients on investment suitability, and managing each transaction through to registration with the Dubai Land Department.ResponsibilitiesSource and develop client relationships through personal networks, referrals, and business development activity.Advise clients on available off-plan inventory, payment plans, handover schedules, and anticipated returns.Conduct comparative market analysis to support pricing and investment recommendations.Manage the transaction process from reservation through to DLD registration, in coordination with developers and internal support staff.Maintain accurate client and pipeline records.Ensure all activity complies with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations.Monitor market conditions, new launches, and regulatory developments relevant to the off-plan segment.RequirementsDemonstrable experience in off-plan or secondary sales within the UAE market.Valid RERA broker card (BRN). Candidates without a current BRN must be prepared to obtain one at their own cost.Valid UAE residency visa. The firm does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.Established client network in Dubai. Company leads are not provided.Sound working knowledge of Dubai Land Department procedures and RERA regulations.Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-management skills.Professional fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.RemunerationThis is a commission-only position. The successful candidate will receive 75% of the gross commission on every transaction, with no tiers, thresholds, or deductions. Commission is released immediately upon settlement.No basic salary, allowances, or benefits are provided.
