Role DescriptionThe Real Estate Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE. The role is responsible for sourcing listings, conducting property viewings, managing client inquiries, and facilitating property sales, leasing, and investment transactions.The specialist will advise clients on market trends, pricing, investment opportunities, and transaction requirements while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with Dubai real estate regulations. The role also involves building strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and developers while actively contributing to the company’s sales and business development objectives.This is a commission-based role, suitable for motivated and target-driven individuals who are looking to build and grow their career in Dubai real estate.QualificationsReal estate experience is preferred but not mandatory; full training will be provided to suitable candidates without prior real estate experience.Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.Motivated, proactive, and target-driven.Good understanding of client relationship management and lead follow-up.Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Familiarity with CRM systems, property portals, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients and listings, and achieve sales targets.Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
