Requirements

🔹 3+ years of UAE real estate experience🔹 Proven Team Leader / Team Management experience🔹 Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market🔹 Proven sales & leadership track record🔹 Ability to recruit, coach & develop agents🔹 Target-driven mindset & strong communication skills🔹Experience monitoring CRM activity and sales performance
