We're hiring a Real Estate Technology Analyst for a major Real Estate transformation programmeWhat you'll do:Assess current technology and data readiness across leasing, asset, and facilities systemsDocument system requirements and functional specifications for the future-state RE technology landscapeEvaluate existing platforms (SAP RE-FX, Yardi, or similar) on genuine fit-for-purpose — not just "keep what's already there"Support workshops with business and technology stakeholders to validate findingsWhat we're looking for:5–8 years as a Business/Systems Analyst with hands-on Real Estate or property technology experienceDirect exposure to SAP RE-FX, Yardi, or a comparable RE/property platform is essentialAbility to assess and recommend across the wider RE technology stack, not just one applicationConfident, workshop-facing communicator — not a purely desk-based analyst
