Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to incoming enquiries.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets, and buying timelines.
- Qualify leads and arrange appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Work closely with property consultants to achieve calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience in real estate.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- A professional telephone manner and confidence in handling client questions.
