Junior Real Estate TrainerLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: AED 12,000 – 15,000 per monthAbout LCRELuxury Concierge Real Estate (LCRE) is an established Dubai real estate brokerage with over 14 years of market experience and two offices in Dubai, including our premium headquarters in Business Bay.We work across Dubai’s real estate market with a strong focus on professional service, agent development, and long-term growth.We are currently looking for a Junior Real Estate Trainer to support the onboarding and continuous development of our real estate agents.The RoleYou will be responsible for delivering our existing onboarding training program to new agents, as well as providing ongoing training and coaching sessions to agents across different levels of experience.Your responsibilities will include:Delivering a structured onboarding training program for newly joined real estate agentsConducting training on company processes, Dubai real estate market knowledge, sales skills, soft skills, CRM, technology, and internal systemsConducting assessments during and after onboarding to measure knowledge and readinessHolding regular training and coaching sessions with agentsIdentifying individual knowledge, skill, and performance gaps through assessments and management feedbackConducting refresher and continuous training sessions throughout the monthTracking training attendance, assessments, coaching sessions, and agent developmentWorking closely with Sales Managers, Team Leaders, HR, Recruitment, and Management to identify training requirementsProviding feedback to management on recurring skill gaps and areas requiring further developmentTraining materials and the onboarding program are already developed and will be provided by the company.RequirementsNative English speaker is preferredCurrently based in the UAEAvailable to join immediatelyPrevious experience within a Dubai/UAE real estate brokerage is highly preferred, whether as a Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Trainer, Sales Trainer, or similarCandidates from other industries will also be considered where they have relevant experience in sales training, coaching, Learning & Development, or performance developmentConfident delivering both classroom/group training and one-to-one coachingAbility to assess individuals and identify development or performance gapsComfortable coaching both junior and experienced sales professionalsWhat We OfferAED 12,000 – 15,000 monthly salaryStructured training material and onboarding program already in placeOpportunity to develop your career within Learning & Development and real estate trainingWorking hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-FridayOpportunity to grow alongside an established Dubai real estate brokerageIf you are confident in front of a room, naturally strong at coaching people, and interested in developing a career within real estate training, we would like to hear from you.
