We are seeking a creative, talented, and trend-conscious Arabic-speaking Videographer & Photographer to join our marketing team in Dubai. This is a full-time, onsite job.We are looking for Arab speakers only.If you love creating visually engaging content, know your way around camera gear, and have an eye for viral social media trends: from shooting luxury property walkthroughs to filming agent branding content and short-form Reels, we want to hear from you.📌 Key ResponsibilitiesCapture High-End Visuals: Shoot high-quality photography and cinematic video tours of residential and commercial properties across Dubai.Short-Form & Social Media Content: Produce, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts in both vertical and horizontal formats.Agent Branding: Film real estate agents for property presentations, personal branding, and talking-head social media content.Editing & Post-Production: Edit videos using music, captions, transitions, and sound effects; color grade and retouch photos for a polished, professional look.Creative Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to brainstorm, script, and execute innovative content concepts.Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest social media algorithms, editing styles, and real estate marketing trends.Asset Management: Organize RAW footage and deliver finalized edits within agreed deadlines.🎯 Candidate RequirementsExperience: 1–3 years of professional experience in videography, photography, or digital content creation.Portfolio: A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating camera operation, lighting, framing, and editing capability.Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, or equivalent tools.Equipment Knowledge: Hands-on experience with camera setups, gimbals, stabilizers, and lighting gear.Licensing: A valid UAE driving license is required.Mindset: Strong storytelling ability, high attention to detail, and the capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.🌟 Preferred / Bonus SkillsExperience shooting real estate or luxury lifestyle content.Drone operator license and aerial videography experience.Experience editing long-form YouTube videos.Experience directing talking-head content and on-camera talent.💼 What We OfferWork with an established 8-year real estate brand in Dubai.Full access to an in-house media studio and professional production equipment.A collaborative environment that gives you creative freedom to test and scale new content formats.👉 To Apply: Click "Easy Apply" and ensure a link to your portfolio or showreel is included in your application or resume.
