Real Estate Videographer

Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Real Estate Videographer to produce high-quality video content for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has strong camera skills, an eye for composition, and experience creating engaging property tours, social media reels, and promotional content.

Key Responsibilities

-Film high-quality real estate property tours, walkthroughs, and promotional videos.Capture interior and exterior footage using professional cameras, gimbals, lighting, and other equipment.Create engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.Produce cinematic property videos that highlight the key features, layout, location, and lifestyle of each property.Coordinate with agents, brokers, and clients to understand content requirements.Edit footage, including color correction, sound design, transitions, music, captions, and branding.Ensure all content meets company quality and brand standards.Manage footage, backups, files, and project archives efficiently.Stay up to date with current real estate video trends and social-media formats.Occasionally assist with property photography and other marketing content.

Requirements

-Proven experience in videography, preferably within real estate, hospitality, architecture, or luxury lifestyle.Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.Proficiency in video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.Knowledge of color grading and cinematic editing techniques.Experience creating vertical content for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.Strong sense of composition, lighting, movement, and storytelling.Ability to work independently and manage multiple shoots and deadlines.Portfolio/showreel demonstrating relevant work.Preferred Skills:-Real estate and architectural photography.Motion graphics and basic After Effects skills.Experience filming luxury properties.Understanding of UAE/Dubai real estate marketing.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.What we offer:-Competitive salary.Opportunity to work with premium real estate properties and brands.Creative and fast-paced working environment.Opportunities for professional growth and portfolio development.Access to professional production equipment and resources.
