Role SummaryWe are looking for a creative and motivated Real Estate Videographer to join our content team. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling through video, basic technical proficiency in filming and editing, and is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced creative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFilming & ProductionAssist in planning, shooting, and producing video content for marketing, social media, and promotional purposesOperate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment on set/location shootsSet up and break down filming equipment (cameras, tripods, lighting rigs, microphones)Capture high-quality footage for property tours, events, interviews, and behind-the-scenes contentEditing & Post-ProductionEdit raw footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After EffectsAdd graphics, text overlays, transitions, motion effects, and color correctionSync audio, music, and voiceovers to video contentExport and format videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, website)Content & CollaborationCollaborate with the marketing team to understand video requirements and brand guidelinesAssist in brainstorming creative concepts and storyboards for upcoming shootsOrganize and manage video files, footage libraries, and project archivesStay updated on video trends, social media formats, and editing techniquesRequirements1+ years of experience in videography, film production, or a related fieldMandatory: prior exposure to real estate content (property tours, listings videos, agent/brand content, or similar)Proficiency with a DSLR/mirrorless camera or camcorderRequired proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After EffectsUnderstanding of basic filming principles: composition, lighting, framing, and audioA portfolio or reel showcasing previous video work, ideally including real estate projectsStrong attention to detail and creative eyeAbility to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends/evenings for shootsPreferred QualificationsDiploma/degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related fieldFamiliarity with AI tools for video editing/content generation is a plusExperience creating content for social media platformsWhat We OfferHands-on mentorship from senior creative team membersOpportunity to grow into a Senior Videographer/Content Creator roleExposure to diverse projects (real estate, marketing campaigns, event)
