This contract, hybrid role is based in Zurich, with a combination of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility to accommodate project and event schedules. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing entertainment assets for tokenization suitability, mapping legal, regulatory, and financial structures, and collaborating with legal, tax, and compliance experts to ensure robust frameworks. The specialist will help design token models, support the creation of offering and investor materials, and coordinate with technology partners on token issuance and lifecycle management. The role also involves market research on digital asset trends, engaging with investors and industry stakeholders, and contributing to panels, workshops, and educational content related to tokenized entertainment finance.Qualifications Strong understanding of real-world asset tokenization, digital securities structures, and token economics.Experience in entertainment finance, media investment, or structured finance for film, television, or related assets.Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., securities regulation, KYC/AML, cross-border investment considerations).Ability to collaborate with legal, tax, and technical teams to design compliant tokenization structures and documentation.Familiarity with blockchain platforms, smart contracts, and digital asset infrastructure used for issuing and managing tokenized assets.Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills, with the ability to assess risk, return, and capital structure options.Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills for investor materials, presentations, and educational content.Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment in Zurich, manage multiple projects, and engage professionally with global stakeholders.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, law, business, or a related field; experience with private equity or venture capital is an advantage.If you are interested to apply, get approved, and receive link to register for the upcoming biggest weekend in hollywood this November, use link below to apply.
