At Provident Estate, that work keeps our business running smoothly and makes sure our agents are paid on time.We're looking for a detail-oriented Receivable Accountant to manage the full receivables cycle for our brokerage, from invoicing developers, landlords and clients to keeping the ledger accurate at every month-end.What you'll doPrepare and issue VAT-compliant invoices for off-plan, secondary and leasing commissionsFollow up on outstanding balances with developers, landlords and clients, and resolve queries quicklyRecord and allocate receipts (cheques, transfers, online payments) to the right invoicesPrepare bank, customer and developer reconciliations, and reconcile the AR sub-ledger to the GLProduce AR aging reports, collection forecasts and month-end schedulesHandle credit notes, commission adjustments and cancellationsConfirm collected commissions so agent payouts are released accuratelySupport month-end, year-end close and audits, including FTA documentationAbout youBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce2 to 5 years of experience as an Accountant (not in an assistant or junior support role), with full ownership of the receivables cycleReal estate experience is mandatory, ideally within a UAE brokerage or developerUAE experience is essentialSolid knowledge of UAE VAT and invoicing requirementsAdvanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations)Experience with an ERP or accounting system (Oracle, SAP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally or similar)ACCA, CMA or CPA (completed or in progress) and awareness of UAE Corporate Tax and e-invoicing are a plusWhy Provident EstateA central role in a growing, well-established Dubai brokerageDirect exposure to developers, landlords and the full commission cycleA supportive finance team where accuracy and ownership are valuedIf you enjoy bringing order to numbers and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd be glad to hear from you.
