CÉ LA VI Dubai is seeking a reliable and detail-driven Receiver to oversee our daily goods receiving, ensure flawless inventory accuracy, and support the seamless back-of-house operations of our world-class venueReceiver Responsibilities:Witness, check, and verify physical stock received against Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO) in coordination with Operations and Culinary teams.Promptly notify relevant teams regarding delivery shortfalls, price discrepancies, item mismatches, or quality concerns.Enter and book accurate receiving data into the inventory and purchasing system daily.Flag any discrepancies between Purchase Orders, Invoices, Delivery Orders, and Receiving Notes.Verify daily Transfer, Spoilage, Spillage, and Wastage forms for accuracy, ensuring prompt submission from internal teams.Review open and outstanding Purchase Orders to guarantee all receiving entries remain completely up to date.Maintain digital records by scanning completed forms to the Finance directory and updating daily operational logbooks.Required Skills and Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, or stockroom management, ideally within luxury hospitality or F&B.High attention to detail for physical stock counts, system data entry, and invoice matching.Proven ability to track and manage inventory documentation (POs, DOs, Transfer, and Spoilage forms).Strong communication skills to liaise effectively across Culinary, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance teams.Proficient in using computerized inventory/purchasing systems and general software tools.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet daily operational deadlines.If you are ready to bring your inventory and receiving expertise to one of Dubai’s most iconic venues, we would love to see your resume and hear from you!The CÉ LA VI Group is a premier lifestyle and hospitality brand renowned for its commitment to delivering elevated experiences at iconic locations around the world.
