In this role, you will help ensure the accurate receipt, verification, and storage of incoming goods, supporting both receiving and overall warehouse operations.Shift Time: 7AM - 4PM, Monday to FridayIn This RoleUnload containers and trucks safely and efficientlySort and stage product for receiving and storageIdentify and report damaged items or safety concernsKeep warehouse clean, organized, and safeSupport team operations and warehouse projects as neededMeet productivity requirements as neededOther duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualificationsUphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands TeamBe open and honestReach for excellenceAct with responsibilityValue the whole personEnjoy the journeyThe Ideal Person1+ year of experience in warehouse or distribution center operationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredBasic computer skills (WMS, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and move up to 225 lbs with assistanceComfortable with continuous standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, and reaching for up to 8 hours per dayWillingness to work overtime as neededSteel-toed boots or shoes required during work hoursAbout Four HandsHeadquartered in Austin, Texas, since 1996, Four Hands crafts furniture, art and décor — pieces that are all about creating space.
