We are looking for a reliable and motivated Receiving Clerk to join our opening team and support the smooth operation of the hotel's Finance and Purchasing functions.In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and verifying all goods delivered to the hotel, ensuring that quantities, quality, prices and documentation are accurate and in line with approved purchase orders.Key Responsibilities:Receive and inspect all goods delivered to the hotel, ensuring quality and quantity meet requirements.Verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes.Ensure all receiving documentation is accurate and properly recorded.Report discrepancies, damaged goods or incorrect deliveries promptly.Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance, Stores and relevant departments on deliveries.Ensure food and other perishable items meet required quality, hygiene and temperature standards.Maintain a clean, organised and secure receiving area.Qualifications Previous experience in Receiving, Stores, Purchasing or a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment.Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail.Basic understanding of receiving and inventory procedures.Good organisational and record-keeping skills.Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and colleagues.Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory or purchasing systems are an advantage.A positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.UAE hotel experience is an advantage.Additional InformationJoin the opening team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah, the newest addition to the Radisson family and an exciting new destination in the heart of the emirate.
