This position is responsible for managing front office operations and providing administrative support, including maintaining records and liaising with vendors and building management, to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. The role also includes assisting with employee medical and other corporate insurance administration, including policy renewals, additions, deletions, claims documentation, and responding to employee queries and general office coordination. The role includes handling incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating travel arrangements and courier services, maintaining office supplies, and supporting meeting room bookings and preparation. The Reception Administrator will assist with basic administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry, and coordination with internal teams to facilitate smooth office operations. This role requires consistent, courteous interaction with clients and colleagues, and a strong focus on maintaining high service standards.Qualifications & RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.2–4 years of experience in reception, administration, or office support roles.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., MS Office, email, calendaring tools) and basic data entry skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and a professional Telephone Manner to interact effectively with visitors, clients, and team members.Professional appearance, customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environmentCandidates should possess strong General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to support daily office operations and front-desk functions.Candidates should possess practical experience with Office Equipment (printers, scanners, phone systems) to manage reception and basic office tasks efficiently.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with a calm and professional approach.
