FunQuest, Riyadh's newest immersive edutainment world for kids aged 0–14, is looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Reception host to be the first point of contact for our guests.If you enjoy interacting with families, creating a welcoming experience, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!About the RoleAs a Reception Host, you'll welcome guests, assist with enquiries and bookings, handle front-desk operations, and ensure every family receives a warm and seamless experience from the moment they arrive.What You'll Do* Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional approach.* Handle enquiries, admissions, bookings, and payments.* Provide information about FunQuest activities, packages, events, and offers.* Manage phone calls, messages, and customer enquiries.* Support birthday party and event bookings.* Handle guest concerns and ensure they are resolved professionally.* Maintain accurate records and support daily front-desk operations.* Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.What We're Looking For* Previous experience in reception, customer service, retail, F&B, or entertainment is preferred.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Friendly, confident, and professional personality.* Organised and able to multitask in a busy environment.* Customer-focused with a positive attitude.* Comfortable working with children and families.* Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage.Why Join FunQuest?Be part of a team creating something special for children and families in Riyadh.
