Location: The Chelsea Harbour Hotel, SW10 0XEHours: Full-time, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidaysSalary: Competitive, plus benefitsYour Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Front Office Management team in the daily operation of the Reception departmentLead, motivate, and develop Receptionists to deliver outstanding guest serviceEnsure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out proceduresHandle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionallyMonitor departmental standards, ensuring all procedures are followed consistentlyAssist with training, coaching, and performance management of team membersMaintain accurate guest records and billing informationCollaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experienceAct as a duty leader within the department, ensuring operational excellence during each shiftWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a Front Office or Reception supervisory role within a hotel environmentStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesA proactive and guest-focused approachAbility to remain calm and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExperience with Opera Cloud is essentialFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays"At Millennium Hotels & Resorts, we believe our strength lies in our differences.
