Location: Dublin South – conveniently located near the Green LuasContract: Permanent, Full-Time, Monday–Friday, OnsiteSalary: DOE + Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, 23 days AL & 2 company daysThe RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator to join a busy and professional team in Dublin South.This is a great opportunity for someone at an early stage of their career who is looking to build their experience across reception, administration and customer service.You will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing a friendly and professional welcome, while also taking responsibility for a range of important administrative duties behind the scenes.The role is varied, with responsibilities including managing visitors and telephone enquiries, processing incoming and outgoing post, maintaining records and supporting the team with a range of administrative tasks.A significant part of the role involves managing vehicle documentation, so strong attention to detail, organisation and accuracy are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome visitors and provide a friendly, professional front-of-house service.Answer and manage incoming telephone calls and customer enquiries.Manage incoming and outgoing post, ensuring documents are processed and distributed accurately and on time.Receive, check and process vehicle documentation, including a high volume of vehicle discs for renewal.Prepare documentation for posting to drivers and ensure records are maintained accurately.Assist with database management and updating internal systems.Support the Customer Care team with a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks.Manage stationery and office supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained.Assist with the distribution of company materials to suppliers nationwide.Carry out general administrative duties as required.Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure the smooth running of the office.About YouWe are looking for someone who is professional, organised and customer-focused, with a positive and helpful approach.We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service or a similar environment.A professional and welcoming manner when dealing with customers and visitors.Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.The ability to manage a number of tasks and prioritise effectively.Good written and verbal communication skills.Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office.A reliable and flexible approach to work.The ability to work independently while also being a good team player.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.The OpportunityThis is a junior-level role offering a varied mix of reception, customer service and administration.
