Welcome and assist lounge guests with a warm and professional approach. Manage guest check-in and verify lounge access eligibility. Provide outstanding customer service and respond to guest inquiries. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Ensure compliance with lounge service standards and company proceduresRequirementsSaudi National. Diploma or Bachelor's degree. Previous experience in Reception, Customer Service, Hospitality, Aviation, or a related field is preferred. Good command of English (spoken and written). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
