You will be responsible for welcoming clients, assisting with sales on the shop floor, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and backend.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and attend to clients, ensuring a warm and personalized experienceDrive sales and support clients in selecting productsManage orders, payments, and invoicingSupport daily operations through efficient inventory coordination and accurate backend administrationMaintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all timesProvide after-sales support and build strong, long-term customer relationshipsAnswer calls, manage appointments, and support daily store operationsPrepare a daily sales report for the managementManage and assist during client fittings Ensure all deliveries and packaging of orders are executed to the brand’s high standardsManage and prepare all orders while communicating with our internal team to ensure timely productionRequirementsExcellent communication skills and professional presentationConfident interacting with clients of diverse nationalitiesStrong sales orientation with the ability to meet and exceed targetsOrganized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficientlyPrevious experience in retail, fashion, hospitality, or front-desk roles is a plusBased in DubaiWhat We OfferA stylish, positive, and growth-oriented work environmentOpportunity to work closely with a luxury fashion brand If you are passionate about fashion, love connecting with people, and want to be part of an exciting new journey, we would love to hear from you!
