RECEPTIONIST + CAFÉ HOST (PART-TIME)

Mash Studios is part of the Mash Universe — a fast-growing wellness and training concept in Oslo. We’re building more than a studio; we’re creating a high-energy, community-driven space where people come to move, connect, and feel part of something.As we grow, we’re looking for a service-driven, detail-obsessed team member to join us in a split role: Reception + Studio Café Host.ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a key front-of-house role at the heart of the Mash experience.Some days, you’ll run the reception — being the first point of contact, managing flow, and creating a seamless member experience.Other days, you’ll run the studio café — delivering high-quality service, keeping standards sharp, and ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced environment.We’re looking for someone who thrives in both structure and intensity — someone who sees what needs to be done and does it.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Front desk management and member experience
• Handling emails and daily communication
• Supporting sales of memberships, retail, and café items
• Running the studio café with high service standards
• Preparing and serving food/beverages efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times
• Ensuring smooth daily operations and flow
• Supporting events and community activations
• Identifying improvements and taking initiativeWHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience from café, hospitality, or reception work is strongly preferred
