This role is responsible for greeting patients and visitors, managing check-in and check-out processes, and answering phone calls in a professional manner. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining patient records, handling basic clerical duties, and coordinating with medical staff to support clinic operations. The Receptionist also responds to patient inquiries, provides clear information about services and procedures, and ensures the reception area is organized and welcoming. The role requires consistent adherence to privacy standards and clinic policies.QualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and clinic staff.Solid phone etiquette and receptionist duties experience, including handling inquiries and directing calls.Proficient clerical skills such as filing, data entry, appointment scheduling, and basic record keeping.Ability to maintain a professional, friendly, and calm demeanor in a busy clinical environment.Prior experience in a medical or clinic setting is preferred.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling or patient management systems.Ability to work on-site full time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and collaborate with a diverse team.High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administration or healthcare support is an advantage.
