Receptionist / Community CoordinatorLocation: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Padel / Sports & RecreationAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Receptionist / Community Coordinator to join an established padel club in Dubai. The ideal candidate should already have experience working as a receptionist, front-desk executive, or community coordinator within a padel club or sports facility.You will be the first point of contact for members and visitors while also supporting the day-to-day community experience at the club.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the club's reception and front desk operations.Welcome and assist members, guests, and visitors.Handle bookings, court reservations, registrations, and inquiries.Coordinate with members regarding schedules, sessions, tournaments, and events.Maintain strong relationships with existing members and encourage community engagement.Support the organization of padel activities, social events, leagues, and tournaments.Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, walk-ins, and basic administrative tasks.Coordinate with coaches, club management, and operations teams.Maintain accurate booking and member records.Ensure a welcoming, professional, and energetic environment at the club.RequirementsPrevious experience in a receptionist/front-desk or community role at a padel club is mandatory.Experience in a sports club, fitness facility, racket sports club, or similar environment will be considered.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-service oriented and confident dealing with members.Good organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable using booking systems, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications.Energetic, friendly, and approachable personality.Candidates with a genuine interest in padel and the sports community are preferred.What We're Looking ForSomeone who can do more than simply manage the front desk — we need a person who can connect with members, build relationships, and contribute to a strong padel community.
