About the Role:We are seeking a welcoming Restaurant Hostess to be the face and first impression of our restaurant. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to warmly greet arriving guests, manage seating and reservations, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional hospitality experience from the moment they walk in until they depart.Key Responsibilities:Warm Welcome & First Impressions: Greet guests with a genuine smile and professional poise upon arrival, creating a memorable first impression.Seating & Reservation Management: Manage the guest waitlist, escort guests to their tables, and balance table assignments across server stations.Effective Communication: Engage with guests politely, answer inquiries, handle special requests, and address concerns with tact and professionalism.Team Coordination: Maintain active communication with floor supervisors and waitstaff to ensure table readiness and smooth guest flow.Farewell & Feedback: Bid guests a warm farewell upon departure and ensure they leave with a positive experience.Requirements & Qualifications:Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, polished interpersonal skills, and a naturally articulate speaking style.Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency is a strong advantage).Presentation & Professionalism: Neat and professional appearance with high attention to personal grooming.Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service Personality: Welcoming demeanor, positive energy, strong adaptability, and the ability to remain calm and graceful during peak hours.
