This role involves greeting and checking in clients, answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, and managing the front desk area. The Receptionist will handle client inquiries, support daily administrative and clerical tasks, and maintain accurate records in booking systems. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with stylists and technicians, processing payments, and helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.Qualifications Strong customer service skills, with the ability to welcome clients and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.Receptionist duties experience, including front desk management, appointment scheduling, and handling walk-in clients.Phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to manage calls, provide clear information, and handle multiple requests.Clerical skills, such as basic data entry, record keeping, organizing files, and managing booking or POS systems.Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer proficiency and comfort with salon or scheduling software (training can be provided).Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting all clients.Previous experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting is an advantage but not required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
